What are the requirements to haul with Amazon Relay?

You must have a valid EU Transport License (O-License in the UK), VAT number, and meet minimum insurance requirements.

What are the minimum insurance requirements?

United Kingdom

  • Public Liability insurance £1,000,000
  • Motor insurance: £1,200,000
  • Goods-in-transit insurance: RHA £9,000 per ton OR £100,000 full value liability/all risks per vehicle
  • UK Operating License

What type of equipment does Amazon work with?

We work with standard 13.6m box and curtain-sided trailers. We also provide opportunities to work with other equipment types such as 7.5T trucks, tractor units and different Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs).
