Application requirements

Valid O-License, VAT number

You must have a valid EU Transport License (O-License in the UK) and VAT number.

Meet minimum insurance requirements

United Kingdom

  • Public Liability insurance £1,000,000
  • Motor insurance: £1,200,000
  • Goods-in-transit insurance: RHA £9,000 per ton OR £100,000 full value liability/all risks per vehicle

Equipment

We work with standard 13.6m box and curtain-sided trailers.

Your business name

Your business name cannot contain trademark-protected Amazon terms such as:

  • PRIME
  • AMAZON
  • AMZN
  • RELAY

These terms are registered trademarks and other proprietary rights owned by Amazon. To proceed with your application, you must:

  1. Update your business name to remove any Amazon-protected terms
  2. Ensure your new business name is reflected in all official documentation
  3. Resubmit your application with the updated business name
